American Axle – Colfor Manufacturing

The Ruhlin Company provided Construction Manager at Risk services for American Axle – Colfor Manufacturing’s 2-story office addition. The project included:

• a new two-story 3,100 SF addition to the existing office
• renovations of the existing 6,000 SF office space; including painting, new ceiling tiles, and new flooring
• new HVAC & lighting designed & installed for the existing office space / new addition
• plumbing for the toilet room located on the first floor
• technology lines provided to new addition
• new exit stairs and elevator
