Since 1915 our Building Division has been providing quality General Contracting services in Ohio and the surrounding region. In 1967, Ruhlin’s Building Division began providing Construction Management services to complement the needs of our growing list of clients. Today, our clients represent a broad spectrum of construction types which include Healthcare, Governmental/Correctional, Educational (K-12 & Higher Educational), Libraries and specialty building markets. We offer a wide range of professional services, from the pre-construction phase through construction close-out and completion. Project delivery approach options include Program Management, Owner Representative, Construction Management as Agent or Contractor, General Contracting and Design/Build.
