The Cancer Center involved the initial demolition of four separate suite areas for preparation of new construction. Scope then included a medical oncology suite on the 6th floor, a conference center on the 8th floor, and a radiation oncology suite in the lower level. Other interior work involved nurse stations, reception desks, and other public areas.
The Pharmacy consisted of a multi-tenant space including the pharmacy, urgent care facility, and an occupational therapy facility. This project included construction in an occupied building and required rework of entryways and details with granite and other finishes.
