This project involved four phases with a scope of work that included:
- 154 new storm water structures
- 9,057 LF of under drainage or 1.7 Miles
- 13,250 LF of new storm sewer piping or 2.5 miles
- 4 sediment and oil separator chambers
- 34,200 SF of underground detention basins (3 basins total)
- 47,055 SF of above ground detention basins (4 basins total)
- 40,210 SF of Bio-swales (5 bio-swales total)
- 102,406 CF of stormwater storage and infiltration capacity or 766,000 gals
- 179,370 CF of stormwater detention with restricted release for storms up to and including 100 year storms.
- Stormwater storage capacity can hold up to 1.58” of rain in a 24 Hour period without discharging to local storm systems
- 28,000 LF of new concrete curbs or 5.3 miles
- 77,000 SF of new sidewalks or 3.6 Miles 4’ wide
- 1,070,000 SF of new asphalt
