Distribution Center

Construction consisted of building a 382,000 SF distribution center located on an 18-acre plot. Jobsite was adjacent to GOJO’s manufacturing campus. New site infrastructure and utilities were required. Ruhlin focused on the Owner’s primary objectives: (1) meeting the requirements of their business plan and (2) keeping the project within budget.

• 110,500 SF pre-cast insulated wall panels
• Tilt-up wall panels 45-feet tall
• 26 loading docks
• 2,200 high-efficiency light fixtures
• 27,000 SF masonry walls
• New 5-acre detention basin
