The Lubrizol Corporation – Renovation

The scope involved a multi-phased renovation of Lubrizol’s occupied testing facility in Wickliffe, Ohio. The 30,000 square foot testing facility remained operational during the three-year duration of the project.  The early construction phases entailed renovations to the lobby, restrooms, and control corridor. The later construction phases were limited to specific testing areas and as Lubrizol completed operational testing, Ruhlin coordinated the decommissioning of equipment and surgically performed the required scope within limited area. Ruhlin worked closely with Lubrizol staff to successfully relocate electric, plumbing, ventilation and constructed a new client observation suite with limited disruption.
