The Medina County District Library began its county-wide facilities upgrade in 2004. Work included additions and renovations to Medina’s Main Branch, Seville, and Brunswick libraries. The Lodi, Highland, and Buckeye branches constructed new facilities.
The Medina Main Library, the Seville Library and the Brunswick Library remained in operation during construction. Construction considerations were given to keep the library fully operational. The Lodi, Buckeye and Highland Libraries were new construction. Ruhlin’s responsibilities encompassed overall program phasing, cost, schedule of each individual project and quality control.
