SR 39 Slide Repair

The project involved a slope repair on SR 39 in Columbiana County by excavating 130,000 cy of material, most of which was shot rock. The emergency project was constructed to safely remove loose earthen materials that were sliding onto an active state highway. The road bed and surface was reconstructed to meet current standards.
