East Reservoir Dam project progressing

As 2018 comes to an end, soil-cement drilling will conclude along three embankments — the south embankment, the main embankment and the north embankment — of the East Reservoir, as part of ongoing improvement efforts to the Portage Lakes’ dams.
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) announced Dec. 14 construction equipment soon will be removed from most of the East Reservoir dam job site, located along Portages Lakes Drive in Coventry.
