This project involved remodeling surgical suites at the Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital:
Phase 1a and 1b
- Demolition two operating/miscellaneous rooms
- Created state-of-the-art operating room
Phase 2
- Demolition and renovation of existing operating rooms 3 and 4/
miscellaneous in phases - New rooftop air handler and chiller
Scope was added during construction, including an additional operating room.
